My wife's car recently came into your garage for a major service and break reline. I must say how impressed we were with your customer service.
Martin in your service reception was the model of customer service, polite and very helpful. The guys who carried out the work knew their stuff, after the return of the car you could tell the difference in the way it drove. The chap who collected the car from our home and returned it was also polite and helpful.
It makes a change today to receive this kind of customer service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your garage.

Dear Mr Rudd
Earlier today I took my 6 year old Getz, purchased from Premier in 2007, to your premises so that a problem could be identified and corrected, which it was, within a relatively short space of time. Nor did it cost me 'the earth'.
My dealings with your Company began in 1990 when I purchased a Proton. Since then I have bought 2 more cars from Premier, and never once even thought about going elsewhere.
My wife and I are 'Senior Citizens' and both of us are registered 'disabled'. Consequently, although our car is not used a great deal, it is an absolute necessity for us, and has to be reliable.
Therefore, may I now place on record my appreciation and gratitude for the excellent quality of service, reliability and courtesy which I have always received from every member of your staff who has helped me over many years.
In conclusion, may I respectfully ask you to convey my thanks to all concerned.

Dear Mr Rudd
We are writing to thank you and your staff for the fantastic service we have received since first coming to your showroom some 6yrs ago. At that time we needed an affordable and reliable small family car. We were looked after by one of your sales team called Daniel Henderson. Not only did he advise and provide us with a car that has given us 6yrs of trouble free motoring, he made sure that we got the best possible after sales service too.
So you can understand how pleased we were when we returned this week to find he was still there. Yet again he provided us with advice and help on finding the right car to meet our new needs as we are relocating to a small island off the west coast of Scotland. So thanks to his advice and help we now own a nearly new Tucson.
It would be unfair not to include your servicing dept people in this letter of thanks because we have received the same level of service from them too over the last 6 yrs.
So to conclude we can't recommend you highly enough to anyone considering buying a car from your dealership.

The scenario: I turned up at Premier Autocentres in Blackfen expecting to have my Hyundai Tucson MOT'd for the first time. This was booked through Zenith Provecta. I was told by Mark that it was not booked in at all for an MOT. I was to say the least, a little ruffled by this. I insisted that it was definitely booked in at Premier as I had just 2 days previously got a call from Provecta confirming this fact. Mark then went into overdrive and checked everywhere, he found that I had been booked in for a service and it would take all day.
After informing him that I had to be in a meeting at 1pm, Mark worked his magic and swapped a few things around. The end result being that he informed me that if I was to pop down to the cafe and have a relaxing breakfast, by the time I got back it would be MOT'd and ready to go.
He was right. I made my meeting and I thank you for that too.
Well done the whole team as I guess the mechanics got on it a bit quick too.

Excellent Service! This is a small note of appreciation for the Service Department (Mark, James and Ian) for the service they provided when I bought the car in. They were extremely helpful, especially Ian who took me for the ride to see whether the noise was still existing.

I would just like to add that I have always been impressed with Premier. I have personally bought 2 cars from you now, although my family has been returning for 25 years now, and introducing others too.

I’ve been a customer of Premier now for 3 years. My Getz was sold to me with great enthusiasm by Daniel, then last year Charles got me into the service plan, and today, (3rd Service and 1st MOT day) Mark was his usual cheery self.
I have to comment on the condition of my vehicle when I collected it. Not only had it been serviced to the standard we all come to expect from Stan, it was sparkling clean, inside and out, and had that “brand new” feel that one always notices.
I think your staff are unrivalled where customer service is concerned, it is always a pleasure to come to Premier, and my wife commented on how nice Daniel was the first day we came to look for a new car.
Whatever it is you’re doing, keep doing it. We thought it was time we passed on our comments to you, thanks very much to all at Premier for such a nice atmosphere and best wishes to all during these uncertain times. Cheers!

My father has worked in the motor trade for many years and has spoken highly of Premier.
When we bought our Tucson, we were impressed that Colin never harassed us and made the day we picked up our car so easy. On occasions when we've had services and asked questions everyone has been honest and helpful.
On the 2nd January this year, the dreaded happened. An old lady had parked next to us and had hit the car four times. All four panels were damaged. I drove up to see Martin and he gave us a quote. He was a lot calmer than me! He assured us the car would look the same as the day we bought it.
Martin dealt with the lady's insurance and the car was in within a week. It only took a day and a half and yes, the car has come back looking like new. When we got the quote for the insurance, we told Martin our CD was not going, so when the car was in for repair, you also put in the new radio. You made life so easy for us!! All the jobs done in one trip.
Sally was very polite and we'd like to say to Danny how well he repaired our car!! You fall apart when your car is in an accident and it causes so much hassle. But once I'd passed all the details to Martin, it was dealt with with no hassle and I also was pleased with the Getz - it's a lovely little car.
Thank you everyone at Premier for being so helpful and let's hope our Tucson remains as reliable as yourselves.

I recently had the pleasure of having a Hyundai Matrix serviced at Premier. I was impressed by the manners and courtesy shown - even a cup of tea - nice touch that.
I have this vehicle through the Motability Scheme. May I say that the Matrix is a very fine vehicle and its seat height came to my rescue during 2007 when I had a bout of back pain. It is a pleasure to drive.
Owing to the level of Mobility allowance I get, I may have to look at a smaller Hyundai model in 2010.
I look forward to seeing you all next January.

Colin, whenever I change my vehicle you will be the first to know. I was extremely impressed by you as a sales person and the friendly, welcoming attitude I received from all the staff I had dealings with at Premier Autocentres and for Premier's continued public relations back-up. I certainly will and in fact do recommend your establishment to family and friends.
In the past I have purchased many second hand cars as well as brand new cars from main dealers - Lotus, MGB, Triumph Stag, Ford and a Toyota MR2 to name but a few. I never had the back-up from them that I have received from Premier.
Congratulations. I never thought I would ever write a letter like this to a motor dealer.
