At Premier Autocentres we are as concerned as you are about the Coronavirus.

Not everyone is able to work from home and many of our customers rely on their vehicles to get to work or support older people or those with existing health issues.

We are determined to do everything possible to continue to support our customers while minimising potential exposure to Coronavirus.

To do this we would like to outline the additional steps that we are taking to protect our staff and customers.

We will be constantly monitoring the advice from Public Health England and the NHS to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.

After any test drive or courtesy car use we are thoroughly cleaning all points of contact. This includes the steering wheel and other controls as well as the interior and exterior handles.

In line with the advice of Public Health England we are operating a 'No Handshake Zone' in all of our departments. Please don't be offended if we don't shake your hand.

All of our staff have been supplied with hand sanitiser and are being asked to wash their hands at regular intervals.

We have increased the frequency at which we clean our showroom, bathrooms and staff areas. We are particularly concentrated on high traffic areas such as door handles and seating areas.

We are operating free collection and delivery for service customers. All of our drivers use hand sanitiser and wear disposable gloves while driving your vehicle. They will also clean all contact points (steering wheel and contact points) when they return your vehicle.

If you are interested in a used car but unsure about visiting our showroom we'll happily provide a video demonstration for you to view at home. We can either email you a video or you can video chat live with one of our sales team.

We can also bring a car to your home for you to test drive. We'll undertake the same precautions as our collection and delivery service outlined above.
